Almost all issues that have been experienced may be alleviated by reformatting your sd card from exFAT to FAT32.
Q: The game won't start/freezes at a certain area. A: Some cores require a bios. Also make sure that the format your game is in, is supported by the core. There are also specific issues with PCSX and certain types of games. See PCSX.
Q: When will we have (X core)? A: Cores will be added as it is convenient/makes sense to the developer.
Q: I'm getting some kind of fuzz or static when I play in docked mode. A: This is expected behavior and may or may not be fixed.
Q: I can't get my controller to do anything in DOSBox. A: You must manually configure your controls for DOSBox before using the core.
Q: Can mGBA play GB and GBC games? A: At this time, mGBA can only play GBA games.
Q: RetroNX just goes to a black screen after the splash image. A: You need to update. Menu files are no longer needed in newest package.
Q: My save doesn't stick or my config won't save. A: Make sure you are using the quick menu to close content and quit retroarch.
Q: I've changed the driver in settings but nothing is changing. A: You must quit RetroArch and reopen in order for driver changes to take effect.
Q: Where do I put my ROMs? A: Anywhere.
Q: How do I change disks (in PCSX)? A: While in game, go to quick menu, disk control, disk image append, select other disk .bin or .cue.
Q: How can I enable filters in RetroNX? A: That is currently not functioning. You cannot use filters, only overlays.
Q: Is there an XMB interface for RetroNX? A: No there is not and there are no plans to bring XMB to RetroNX.
Q: How do I set base rom directory? A: Go to settings, directory, file browser. Browse to desired directory and select Use This Directory. Then, when loading content, select Start Directory.
